Best wishes to all in 2010!
Instead of goals and resolutions, each year I create a theme for myself to stay inspired throughout the months. The basic gist is to create intention and purpose around what you want for the year. Then create a mantra or catch phrase for yourself that will remind you of that intention - it’s a theme (For more information see “Stay Inspired Throughout the Year”).
I’m still working out my theme this year, but with the birth of my son, my theme this year will be about nurturing, my son as well as myself. . . Feel free to share your inspirational and motivational thoughts for 2010!

This clip has been floating around the internet this last week and it might have made it’s way into your inbox. If for some reason you have not had the pleasure of viewing it, I would highly recommend it. Just when you feel down and out, this video will no doubt uplift you.
